Over the last couple of days, upon hearing that the ERC recommended for funding the Laboratory for Bioarchaeology project BIRTH, we have received many congratulations which we greatly appreciate and are thankful for

– from the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development and the minister Dr Srđan Verbić, from the University of Belgrade, Center for the Promotion of Science, Petnica Science Center, and from numerous colleagues and friends from Serbia and abroad.
The project has received significant media coverage, and after the news has been featured on the websites of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development (http://www.mpn.gov.rs/vesti/1643-izuzetan-uspeh-srpskih-naucnika), Serbian Government (http://www.srbija.gov.rs/vesti/vest.php?id=226454), University of Belgrade (http://www.bg.ac.rs/sr/vest.php?id=378) and the Center for the Promotion of Science (http://elementarium.cpn.rs/naucni-krug/prvi-erc-gran/), it was featured on numerous web portals.

The news was featured in Politika on December 10th, Novi Sad Dnevnik on December 14th, Prosvetni pregled on December, and in Blic on December 21st.

TELEVISION
Prof. Dr Sofija Stefanović was a guest of the Radio Television of Serbia Morning programme on December 11th, and on the same day, TV B92 20h news broadcasted a report on the BIRTH project featuring Dr Marija Radović as well. In the morning on Friday December 12th, we have been on live air on TV N, directly from the Faculty of Philosophy.

Prof. Dr Sofija Stefanović was a guest on Radio Belgrade 2 show Solaris on December 17th, and on on Radio Belgrade 1 show In the Center of Attention on December 19th, jointly with research assistants Ivana Živaljević and Jelena Jovanović.
